CEO,Donald Trump
You can learn leadership role and a lot from this show especially if you want to be a competent leader.....This is how it's being played for those who are not familiar with the show
There are two team, each of this team is given any kind of task…Donald Trump sets a panel of judges who at interval spy on them to see how they carry these task successfully----base on their approach to people, team spirit, how they approach the task they are given, their method of delivery….to raise money for their favorite charity…a whole lot more and at every end of each task the weakest in a team that made the team lose the task is FIRED…
This is done in the boardroom where you have three judges and Donald listening to each team as they defend themselves especial the team who lost the task…if the team chooses the weakest among themselves…it is then left for him or her to defend and convinced the judges he or she is not the weakest ,the strongest who did exceptionally well in the winning team based on the money raised from each task, a certain amount is added to that that he give that money to his or her favorite charity….ha it is an interesting show……
You can learn leadership role and a lot from this show especially if you want to be a competent leader, how to organize and structure your company, good followership …. it is a must watch show.
