Barcelona’s hopes of a fourth successive primera Division
title were dealt a potentially fatal blow after a 2-1 defeat at Camp Nou against
Real Madrid in the Classico on Saturday.
To most people football is more than a game..... a friend of mine refused to have his dinner and not say a word to his wife, not till this morning he muttered a word to her because his team Barcelona lost the match......she's quite worried.....if you were in this situation what can you do to console such a person or are you one of those that act like this when you lose a match?

In 3mths to be Mrs Itari....i tot i was d only one facing this proble,that as a fiancee..i receive ds kind of vibes from d man i want to marry bc of sports....mine is moody for days i even join his team Arsenal bc of him,didnt care abt football till i met him....there's nothing i would say or do that will pleas him at that point....Abeg O! hope this will be a problem in our marriage when we finally becomes my husband...its not funnyO! he has got all I need in a man...so i ask myself is it footabll taht will now make think twice abt d marriage....im hoping he reads ds. we have gone on pre marriage counelling if wish to call it that...it has not helped,ive now him for 3yrs now.

Nothing compared to what i went thru in 1998,my husband loves footable so much that our wedding was on the day Nigeria was playing some African country, wedding was in Benin,after ceremony, the football was at 8pm, i remember very well, did you know that my husband made me not to go home and change my dress bc he would miss d match, that was how i wore my wedding gown with his friends we all sat at the hotel the wedding happened to watch d match, with my tired self i endured all d scream,and shouting with 12 of his male friends, all thru i was praying for Nigeria to win,thankfully, Nigeria won, bc the other side of him when his team loses is not a pleasing sight,the worse part my gown was stained with palm oil, the hotel was one of the best,tushed up place, i had no idea how that happend, very expensive wedding gown for that matter....till today he is still gaga abt football, once his favorite team is playing,im extra nice that day to him,if his team loses i pretend to be sad with.....my darling that's the only way u can have him talk to you, then try to pamper him ok, its one of those things men do really.....sometimes they are like babies.kpele....its well

D better team won,he shldnt taken it personal to d extent of not speaking2 his wife.
Bc ur team lost a match its stupidity seriously,its a game a game shld be a game,in d spirit of sportsmanship those who are involved in d game"players"they shake hands at end of d game and even go to d club at d end of d match so why wld anybody for that reason refuse to talk d wife when those involved have moved.
Misappropriated emotion passion put in d wrong place, channeling ur energy in d wrong direction.
