You are officially no longer a man

There was an argument amongst friends,one said its ok to raise his hand on his woman to keep her in control especially when she misbehaves. Another said as long as its done once or twice in a year its ok.

In my mind,are these men okay,that is so barbaric,who thinks that way in this day and age.

Anyways,guys is it true or false,any day a man raises his hand to a woman,that is the day he is officially no longer a man?
