Since Tompolo has blatantly refuse
to show up at the court,the Federal High
Court in Lagos has demanded the securities agencies to bring in with immediate effect.
“Up till today the first defendant has refused to honour the invitation of the court to appear before it,” “A new order for his arrest is hereby given,” he added Tompolo has been ordered to appear in court on February 19. Tompolo is charged of 14 counts of theft and money laundering between 2012 and last year totalling just over $175 million (157 million euros)
