Father murders his 5month pregnant daughter over a dispute

Do you call this  rage or mental illness? 

The dispute between a father(William Caruth, 61) and a five mother pregnant daughter over a second mortgage taken out on the home by Anndrea Caruth 39yrs(his daughter, with the dad apparently giving the cash to someone else,…..allegedly
Records indicate the murdered daughter, four years after taking out a mortgage on the property, took out a larger $280,000 (£191,000) mortgage in 2006.

injuries,not only that, her father broke up a concrete floor inside a closet and dumped her body into the crawlspace,then placed a piece of plywood and a rug over the hole — but the smell of the body wafted into the house. The evidence were a machete and a hammer were recovered from the home, and two additional buckets of gravel and the smell of the corpse arouse all suspicion from neighbours.
