Cybercrime to be dealt with mobile courts

According  to Kazeem, Mobile Courts with other relates issues, will be dealt with mobile court to address the prosecution of violators of the State Environmental Law and Traffic Offences.

Fair enough but my question is …do we have the resources for that now?
