The 28 year old business man was on his way yesterday with
his two other friends to Sokoto from his base in Abuja when he lost control of
his car.
Luqman and his friend Ghaddaffi died instantly. While one the other survived with
Luqman is the second son of the Deputy Governor of Sokoto State ,Alhaji Mukthar Shagari ,he survived by a wife and a son.
