It is not clear if the man worked at the complex or came there solely for the purpose of committing suicide.
Workers and other visitors to the Federal Secretariat were shocked Tuesday and could only imagine why the man decided suicide was his best bet.
The police arrived at the secretariat building and announced they have commenced investigation.

@ Ngozi- Blame ur company,when a new staff comes to an organisation, the first thing is induction. That way you get to meet everybody and they get to know you too
