Jamie Hilton, one time a beauty queen in 2009. Mrs. Idaho (right), suffered a head injury when she slipped during a fishing trip and fell onto a boulder. She had surgeons to put a quarter of her skull in her abdomen (bottom left) so that the bone would remain nourished and sterile as her brain swelling subsided.
It remained there for 42 days, leaving a large dent in her head (top left), until it was re-attached in a successful operation
