They should ask themselves these questions,have they finished dealing with insecurities in the the nation?,where are they going to get the billions of money to put this into action.
These minister of finance and CBN governor,I'm beginning to suspect who guys are spies from world bank, you want us to keep borrowing so Nigerians will forever be indebted to world bank abii?
