Maria Sharapova with the French Open trophy following her victory over Sara

On  Saturday, yesterday she didn’t let her old shoulder surgery or her  left knees that let her down and crying on the clay, stop her from her game and fame as she dismantled Sara Errani of Italy, 6-3, 6-2, she held aloft the silver French Open trophy; for her the most elusive of the major championships.

Are you watching the men’s finals? Well I’m watching!
