Man charged to court for stealing N3 million worth of beer

Before you read this...could you take a minute to imagine how this man actually carried out this plan successfully....Nawo!
The police on Friday arraigned one Halidu Shaibu, 23, at a Lagos Magistrate court on a two count of felony and stealing of 1, 044 cantons of can beer valued at N3 million.




The police on Friday arraigned one Halidu Shaibu, 23, at a Lagos Magistrate court on a two count of felony and stealing of 1, 044 cantons of can beer valued at N3 million.
According to the charge sheet, the police claimed that Mr Shaibu and “others now at large” allegedly conspired to commit felony to Wit: stealing and thereby committing an offence punishable under section 516 of the Criminal Laws Act of Lagos State 2011 in the Lagos magisterial District.
The second count reads: “That you Halidu Shaibu ‘M’ and others now at large on the same date, time and place aforementioned Magisterial District did steal one thousand and forty four cantons of can beer valued at Three million (N3 million), property of one Jude Okolozor ‘M’ and thereby committed an offence punishable under section 402 of the criminal laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2011.”
The accused pleaded not guilty when the charges were read to him and the presiding judge, Mrs. T. Akanni adjourned the case for further hearing

This does not requiring thinking too much, d man had an insider,1.the man must have made an intended delivery to pay ones its delivered but never did.
2.At night and had key to the storage house

It’s obvious it was stolen thru Truckload if 1,044 cantons is worth N3miillion that means each is N8, 000
