What? A policeman having sex with children in Bauchi

A policeman serving with the Bauchi State Police Command has been arrested for allegedly having anal sex with children between the ages of nine and twelve. The state’s Commissioner of Police, Mohammed Ladan, confirmed the incident.

“A division was investigating the matter, but I have directed them to transfer the case to the state’s Criminal Investigation Department (SCID). The accused is in detention at the moment, and after investigation, we will make our discovery known to the public,” he said.

According to report the policeman was accused to have slept with about eight children in Kandahar area of Bauchi metropolis. He said the policeman following a report by some parents. A senior staff at the Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital, who want does not disclose his name that about nine children were brought to the paediatric ward of the hospital by the policemen from the state’s Criminal Investigation Department, and that they were treated and discharged
