@ Atonio, i gues she is an hermaphrodite, but all the same the organisers r to blame, they should have checked and cross check. let me divert a lyttle to football u remeber the Guinea Female football sisters which Fifa told not to play because they born men. This is a beuaty contest for God sake (na all women na them for at lest ask a lady to check them pants and bra u know wat i mean.)
