Records indicate the murdered daughter, four years after taking out a mortgage on the property, took out a larger $280,000 (£191,000) mortgage in 2006.

The reason I asked that question is that
Her death was as a
result strangled and smashed in the head, suffering skull fractures and brain
injuries,not only that, her father broke up a concrete floor inside a closet and dumped her body into the crawlspace,then placed a piece of plywood and a rug over the hole — but the smell of the body wafted into the house. The evidence were a machete and a hammer were recovered from the home, and two additional buckets of gravel and the smell of the corpse arouse all suspicion from neighbours.
