Kelly Rowland and her husband Tim Witherspoon become proud parents

She gave birth to her baby boy on the 4th of Nov. and calls him Titan Jewell

"We are thrilled to announce that today we are the proud parents of our first son. We are blessed to report everyone is healthy and happy!' Kelly said in a statement.
