Deputy British High Commissioner to Nigeria dies at Murtala Mohammed International Airport


It was all chaotic at the  Murtala Mohammed International Airport , Mr Peter Leslie Carter, the deputy British High Commissioner to Nigeria slumped and died as he landed at the Murtala Mohammed Airport yesterday evening  on the September 2nd reportedly. He just slumped and died shortly after landing at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport.




Immediately the man, who arrived on a United Airlines flight slumped, eyewitnesses said many passengers and airport officials took to their heels for fear of the Ebola virus disease. The man was later attended to by airport health officials who after carrying out proper examinations on him found out he'd suffered a heart attack. His body is currently in the custody of airport officials

He was not given attention on time,Nigerians are slow,it was not a question of him be ebola patient because he was not vomiting blood

An I witness told us that he would have survived if he got attention. He was abandoned by Port-health and his protocol officer that offered to help him when he requested for oxygen, wasn't allowed to touch him cos of the fear of Ebola. It was actually an attack. when it started, his ventolin was thrown to him n he was stable for a while after which he requested for oxygen. A young lady in d crowd was shouting " pls press him down" but no one was allowed to move close to him
