The cause of Goldie's death is still not known as at the time of going to press but sources disclosed that she arrived from Grammys in the USA the same day she died at Reddington hospital,Victoria Island,Lagos. In her biography,Goldie was born Susan Adebimpe Filani and she is from Ekiti state, She studied and lived in the UK for some years before
returned to Nigeria to focus on her music career.
