Bomb blast under Amuwo-Odofin/Festac Bridge

Occurred at 15:04 local time. Police confirmed the death of one person in an explosion that occurred under the festac link bridge,linking Festac Town to Amuwo odofin Housing estate.

Nigerian police say the area Commander of the lagos State,Dan Okoro said the dead was a leader of the sand dredgers under the bridge.
Another source confirmed the dead to be the chairman of the association,who operate in the water under the bridge.

Its not clear what caused the explosion.
