Kris Jenner – President Obama, why diss on KimKardashian&Kanye

Kris Jenner has responded to president Obama's diss where he critisized Kim and Kanye's opulent lifestyle
Obama, 52, in a recent Kindle Singles interview stated..
“The American Dream involved some pretty basic stuff. A good job where you felt some security. A good education… People felt if they worked hard they could get there… I don’t think people went around saying to themselves, ‘I need to have a 10,000-square-foot house’… I think, there has also been a shift in culture. We weren’t exposed to the things we didn’t have in the same way that kids these days are. There was not that window into the lifestyles of the rich and famous. Kids weren’t monitoring every day what Kim Kardashian was wearing, or where Kanye West was going on vacation, and thinking that somehow that was the mark of success

'I find it so odd that he's picking on Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. Well, Kanye West, first of all, doesn't go on vacation. Ever,' And Kim Kardashian is the hardest-working young lady in the world. She never sleeps, she never stops, she never slows down and works so hard for what she's got,'But, I wasn't aware that you could only set the bar so high and that we could only dream so big,' 'I bet the President has some friends with 10,000 square foot houses and he probably wouldn’t mind going over there when asking them to have a party for campaigning for dollars to run for president,'

“Nigerians are Jinxed & Cursed, We Should all go to Hell”- Ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo

According to Premium Times -The 76 year old ex head of states made some startling statements,  reports. He said if Nigerians were yet to commend a leader after 53 years of independence, “Then we are jinxed and cursed; we should all go to hell.”
He also condemned the younger generation of leaders in the country, saying they lack integrity and probity and have failed their people woefully.

Premium Times also states that he made specific reference to his Vice President for eight years Atiku Abubakar, former governor of Lagos State Bola Tinubu, former Speaker House of Representatives Salisu Buhari, former Bayelsa State Governor Deprieye Alamieyeseigha and others as younger generation of leaders, the former President said Nigeria was not lucky even with them.

He said; “We had some people who were under 50 years in leadership positions. One of them was James Ibori, where is he today? One of them was Alamieyeseigha, where is he today? Lucky Igbinedion, where is he today? The youngest was the Speaker (Salisu) Buhari; you can still recall what happened to him. You said Bola Tinubu is your master.

What Buhari did was not anything worse than what Bola Tinubu did. We got them impeached. But in this part of the world some people covered up the other man. The man claimed he went to Government College, Ibadan but the governor (Oyo State) went to Government College and packed all the documents so that they would not know that he did not go there. I wanted someone who would succeed me so I took Atiku. Within a year, I started seeing the type of man Atiku is. And you want me to get him there? I once went to Tanzania because Julius Nyerere recognised Biafra. He told me not to mind his aides and others in government.

They would say they have one house in town but their five year old sons and daughters would have houses all over. Some of you who are condemning the leadership would get there tomorrow and it will be a different story. Only very few are actually good. Abacha, my predecessor got $750 Million. Through our lawyer in Switzerland we recovered $1.25 Billion and the lawyer still said there is probably still another $1 Billion to be recovered.

[Premium Times states the figures didn't add up but that was what the former president said] In 1979 we had 20 new ships specially built for Nigeria. When I came back 20 years after, the national shipping line had liquidated. The whole thing is not just about leadership. If we talk about good leadership you should also talk about good followers. If you talk about human right you should also talk about human duties and obligations.

It is sad that after 53 years of independence we have no leader that we can commend. The problem in Africa is that when one person takes over he would not see any good thing that his predecessor did. Let us condemn but with caution.”

Oprah : Switzerland was a racist

People's reaction when Oprah posted how she was a victim of racism during her visit to Switzerland :
Kinda sad when you don't watch TV or read the newspaper or read magazines or don't have internet access or live under a rock. How in the blue fcuk do you not know Oprah? I'll leave my thoughts on a $35,000 bag for another day.

  • Laura Moynahan it is a problem when you don't see people and only see color.

  • Amaechi Michael Okobi ... or sex. Or sexuality. Discrimination on all fronts is a definite problem. Curious to see how things end up in Russia.

  • Abbey Shonubi On the $35.000 allow her, when you've got such money spending that is like spending 35cent. Allow her on that abeg, we all deserve to treat ourself.

  • Abbey Shonubi On the colour blind Sales Assistant some people only see black so can't tell who is standing in front of them. Have you ever experience the bag clutching thing?

  • Ifeoma Dike Switzerland is incredibly racist. Though I am no Oprah Winfrey... A couple of years ago, I was in Zurich window shopping. I stumbled into a Wolford store.
Went into the shop and pointed to a blouse, the shop assistant said "it was too expensive"... I
    ...

  • Jude Anyigbo In all of this, how can the black race save itself and be respected by others? Shall we continue shouting racism? Even President Obama is a victim of racist attack and profiling as president!

  • Gregory Daramola Azeez Black is Beautiful. Only myopic beings refuse to acknowledge the endowment of black people. The future belongs to Africa and surely the black people. Racism or no Racism.
Oprah Winfrey said she was a victim of racism during a recent visit to Switzerland. Oprah visited Zurich last month to attend Tina Turner's wedding and while there she visited an up market handbag shop but a shop assistant refused to serve her, saying the bags on display were "too expensive" for her. The bag on display was a $35,000 bag.Lol!.... too expensive for one of the richest women in the world? We learnt that The Oprah Winfrey Show is not shown in Switzerland so they don't know her there...does it now mean that no black person can afford a $35, 000 bag? msh!

Oprah said she left the shop calmly without arguing, but that the experience was proof that racism continues to be a problem. "There's two different ways to handle it. I could've had the whole blow-up thing... but it still exists, of course it does."she said
