Zimmerman was on his way to the grocery store when he spotted Trayvon walking through his gated community. Trayvon was visiting his father's fiancée, who lived there.

He had been suspended from school in Miami after being found with an empty marijuana baggie. Miami schools have a zero-tolerance policy for drug possession.

Zimmerman called police and reported a suspicious person, describing Trayvon as black, acting strangely and perhaps on drugs.

 Zimmerman got out of his SUV to follow Trayvon on foot. When a dispatch employee asked Zimmerman if he was following the 17-year-old, Zimmerman said yes.

The dispatcher told Zimmerman he did not need to do that. There is about a one-minute gap during which police say they're not sure what happened.

Zimmerman told them he lost sight of Trayvon and was walking back to his SUV when Trayvon approached him from the left rear, and they exchanged words. Trayvon asked Zimmerman if he had a problem. Zimmerman said no and reached for his cell phone, he told police.

Trayvon then said, "Well, you do now" or something similar and punched Zimmerman in the nose. Zimmerman fell to the ground and Trayvon got on top of him and began slamming his head into the sidewalk, he told police. Zimmerman began yelling for help.

Several witnesses heard those cries, and there's been a dispute about from whom they came: Zimmerman or Trayvon. Lawyers for Trayvon's family say it was Trayvon, but police say their evidence indicates it was Zimmerman.

One witness, who has since talked to local television news reporters, told police he saw Zimmerman on the ground with Trayvon on top, pounding him and was unequivocal that it was Zimmerman who was crying for help.

Zimmerman then shot Trayvon once in the chest from very close range, according to authorities. When police arrived less than two minutes later, Zimmerman was bleeding from the nose, had a swollen lip and had bloody lacerations to the back of his head.

Paramedics gave him first aide but he said no to going to the hospital. He got medical care the next day. Zimmerman was never arrested by police. They took his statement and let him go. He claimed he had acted in self defense.

New developments have surfaced in the case, including a new witness who came forward suggesting that Zimmerman pinned Trayvon face down after the shooting and did nothing to help him.

According to Mary Cutcher on Dateline NBC, she and her roommate both saw Zimmerman "straddling the body, basically a foot on both sides of Trayvon's body, and his hands pressed on his back." Mary Cutcher told Dateline NBC’s Lester Holt in an interview: “It sounded young. It didn’t sound like a grown man is my point. It sounded to me like someone was in distress and it wasn’t like a crying, sobbing boo-hoo, it was a definite whine."

Cutcher added that Zimmerman told her and her roommate to call the police. "Zimmerman never turned him over or tried to help him or CPR or anything," Cutcher said.

 What did I just read? really sad story. Meanwhile Zimmerman has not be arrested.....Is this racism or what?

Hope he is brought to justice soonest.

It was reported that Titus Ime trailed Blessing John to her father’s farm and raped her to death.

Titus claimed that he did what he did because Blessing refused to date him. This is what Titus said” I just moved to Lagos from Akwa-Ibom State to look for a job,my uncle is married to her elder sister. "As soon as I set my eyes on her, I fell in love with her but I kept it to myself.

When I could not bear it anymore, I went to her to declare my love for her but she turned me down. I kept pestering her but she refused blatantly that she did not love me; this made me angry.” Titus added that despite Blessing’s refusal to date him, he had to device a means to force her to have sex with him. “I did not intend to kill Blessing but my feeling for her was very strong.

So after monitoring her movement for some time, I discovered that she goes to the farm to uproot cassava in the evening with her father. That day, I trailed her from her house to the forest. She was alone and she did not know I was following her, when she got into the dense forest and there was no one in sight, I ran ahead of her and grabbed her, and started declaring my love for her but she turned me down. "I was very angry and I grabbed her dress. She started struggling with me but I took a big stick and hit her on her head, she slumped immediately and I bend down over her and removed her skirt and had sex with her. All this while, she did not respond but I still had sex with her a second time but I do not know that she was dead; I thought she was just unconscious.”

 After committing the act, the suspect hid in the forest for four days. He however came out of his hiding when he could not bear the hunger anymore, and reported himself to his family who then handed him over to the police for prosecution. Blessing’s corpse was discovered by her father and has been deposited at a public mortuary for autopsy, while the case has been transferred to the Homicide department at Panti, Yaba for further investigation.

A source in Oyo stated that Governor Ajimobi’s decision not to bankroll Tinubu’s birthday extravaganza may signal the governor’s determination to escape from under Mr. Tinubu’s tyrannical style of leadership within the ACN political orbit and Ajimobi's move to start a gradual migration back to the PDP. Ajimobi is generally described as a non-performing governor by Oyo indigenes. Although Mr. Tinubu claims to be 60 years old, a source told us that he is at least 67 years old.

As a boy, he listened to his mother’s advice which were “treat your woman right,respect her, don’t hurt her,your father might be a polygamist but you shouldn’t, love and cherish her and she will love forever.

 

With that advice at back of the man’s mind…..He gets into the university or gets to the age of having a woman in his life, he heeds to his mother’s advice with such innocence…. he believes this is woman that will be his confidant, best friend, wife and the  mother  to his children. Then one day to his shock& horror his first love/lady breaks his heart…., then he moves on to the next lady…Hoping she will be different from the first……Unfortunately history repeats itself…in his mind he still believes in his mother’s advice and went for the 3rd relationship yet another sad news, the lady breaks his heart, then and then his mother’s advice became questionable to him and he refused to be confused. From that moment became a different journey for him with women….calling it the last straw…..

To him all women are the same,”I will have two girlfriends/women at the same time, if one breaks my heart, I have the other one to fall back on, and at no point in my life will I have just one girlfriend in my life” When it’s time for him to get married he tells himself “I’ll simply settle down with 'THE ONE' I think meets my personal preferences”

Yesterday 25/03/2012 Tiger proved to us that he might not be the best husband but he is good at what he knows best-GOLF.At the Arnold Palmer Invitational in Orlando, FL. He shot a -13 and won by five strokes.

It was Woods' first PGA Tour win since the 2009 BMW Championship in Chicago. Woods won the Chevron World Challenge last December, but it's not a PGA event and Tiger is the host of the event and always donates his winnings to his own charity.

So what happens to the remaining 1million students (who have been studying really hard to excel and look further to gaining admission from their brilliant performance? Let me phrase the question, if 1million students make above the required mark that JAMB need, what happens to them since JAMB admission capacity is only 500,000 students?

But with regards to finances, it’s not as lucrative as other professions in the industry. A TV presenter cannot earn the same as an actor, or a top model.
