No employee wants to work for a boss who is a perfectionist...what do I mean by that...you are always monitoring your employee's movement...no breathing space for him or her to feel relaxed and do his or her job the best way he or she knows how. Which results in constant nagging.
An employee who knows his or her worth will like space to bring in his or her expertise........
It is only when you have tested him and he is incompetent then you can fire him, frequent nagging further pushes him away from doing what he knows best.
