The Forum on China/Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) which hold in December
4th – 5th 2015,the President Muhammadu
Buhari will be jetting off today,
according to his the Special Assistant Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu,the
president will be meeting the Chinese president, Xi Jinping, on how to
re-commence stalled rail projects under new terms that would see China
providing nearly all the financing required.
