The President of Nigeria remains the Minister of Petroleum, in his speech he feels being the minister he can curtail the corruption,fraud and crude oil theft in that sector,since the oil sector provides the government with 70% of its revenue.
He said:
“I will remain Minister of Petroleum.
“I will appoint a minister of State for
Petroleum”.
