NCC Fixes SMS at N4.00 Flat

 
Do you know that NCC just reduced sms charges to N4?,Well,its good news to some extent,but wouldn't you have loved it if it were N1.50kobo...............Right?....:)

    I just texted MTN to MTN and N6.00 was deducted from my phone,so I don't get what NCC is saying
