They say a
picture is worth more than a thousand words, hmmm!
Yesterday evening, I was in a salon when two beautiful
working class ladies, one a banker and the other a teacher went into an
argument over a TV advert that showed Mercy Johnson with picture below(right)
and a magazine owned by the salon featuring Genevieve Nnaji on her new range
rover as the brand ambassador in Nigeria.
The teacher said in her view that Mercy resembles
Genny especially in that photo on TV, that even on her wedding day she thought
they were related somehow from the pictures, the banker in a joking
manner said, that can’t be, there was no atom of resemblance, that the lady needs some pair of glasses to stop mixing up two different identities…………..it took the salon owner and I to make peace on this matter…….
In my head…wow! Our celebrities do really have fans who can argue and fight over them O! But then again Genevieve Nnaji and Mercy Johnson look- alike….Really! Seriously? Aha! I can’t see that, sha! You be the judge …..Any resemblance?
