Leadership crisis in Nigeria 2015, this time at the senate house

Nigerians are getting fed up with the marriage of convenience in our political system, leadership crisis in Nigeria, and most people are eager to see the change,but with this political tussle when are these changes going to take place.

The latest talked about was when Senator Remi Tinubu refused to shake hands with the new Senate President Bukola Saraki as she presented her certificate to him.  Her husband Bola Tinubu is not in support of Saraki's emergence as Senate President. Meanwhile everybody else did shake hands with the new senate president.

Sen. Bukola Saaraki has stated that the rumour to decamp to PDP is absurd.

It all started at 8pm -Imperial Arcade,Coliseum,Lekki event centre with red carpet moments,as some celebrities gracefully showed us who they wore from head toe with some media houses such Spice Tv,Mi Tv etc.

At about 10pm the main event started off with different artistes performances, indeed it was a night full of fun and surprises from the 25 contestants…..did you know that among the artistes, two of the contestants had us all “wowed”  with their own song on stage.

Different awards were given at intervals…to sponsors of the event.

The 25 contestants came out with traditional attire, swimming costume and dinner wear, all looking groomed and gorgeous. 6 finalist were grilled with questions ……

The winner,1^st runner up and 2^nd runner up of Miss Tourism Nigeria 2014 were all present as well as other queens from different pageantries embraced the occasion.

At about 3am the judges presented the winners ….. Miss Tourism Nigeria 2015…….Miss Osun(Celina Eban) as the 2^nd runner up, Miss Bauchi (Chinonso Opara)1^st runner up and Miss Abuja( Ifeoma Sharon Anya) the winner.

Alima Attah Nigeria’s 100 influential women is dead

So sad as it being reported of her untimely death….for those who don’t know her,she was a PR Guru, educationist, MD of  Sesema PR and host of TalkBiz on Smooth 98.1fm, Alima Atta has died.  She died on Saturday June 6th after a battling with cancer.

Alima Atta studied French and Marketing and had a successful career in Public Relations and Marketing for over 20 years and worked at MMD Marketing Communications and Anderson Soames in the UK before establishing her own PR agency in 2002.

She will be dearly missed, RIP

Us tourist was killed by a lion through her car window in South Africa

Though there was a sign stating at this particular area of Safari Park north of Johannesburg –Dangerous  zone, but who knew this was the last time the family of Miss Chappell, 29 will be seen, as she was attacked and killed on Monday while taking a break from a two-week volunteering project on another nature preserve.

Though her boyfriend in the driver seat did try to rescue her but it was to no avail, thankfully he did not die but was left severely hurt.
