Tipper Bus Stop,those who witnessed what happened said the policeman fired a shot at the conductor for not apologizing when the conductor stepped on him.
The policeman threatened to kill his colleague who challenged him for shooting the conductor, this got the people around there really angry and riot developed,that they almost burnt down Ketu police Division if not for the intervention of other policemen in the area.
Is anarchy gradually surfacing?
