Photo -Giuliana and Bill Rancic Show Off their Baby


The reality TV stars welcomed the birth of their first child, Edward Duke, on Aug. 29, and he weighed in at 7 lbs., 4 oz. The family of three appeared on the latest issue of Life & Style magazine, and the Rancics gushed over their son.
