Kourtney Kardashian second baby arrives


The 33-year-old reality TV star had her 2nd baby  girl yesterday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. All-natural birth, and the baby weighed  7 pounds, 14 ounces. She has been named Penelope Scotland Disick
