A man with missing forehead and battered skull

 
Meet Carlos Halfy Rodriguez,who had a near fatal accident at the age of 14years, he was under the influence of alcohol and drug driving, unfortunately for he him he hit a pole and flew out the window and landed on his head. Doctors had to cut away large amounts of flesh and bone to help him live.
The sad part of this story is that Halfy  still takes drugs and drinks despite warning others not to do so…….

    Have seen worse cases, a man that his legs were growing out of his stomach...but differnt from this one though, i guess he does not valu his life that's why has the guts to continue drinking and doing drugs for what almost too his life.

    He shld be kept in a rehab for 6yrs or a yr to keep away from drugs and alcohol so that he will realise his dented head.

    let me add to what last commentator said,before his release he shld be given condition "that on any account that he does go back to drugs and alcohol he will be remanded back to rehab" for 15 to 20years".
