You don’t have to be University education to make it- Billionare Folalrunsho Alakija

Mrs Folorunsho Alakija, one of Africa's richest women and chairman of Famfa Oil, revealed that she never went to a university, saying one does not need a university education to make it in life. Mrs Alakija said this while speaking with students of the University of Lagos during the 2014 UN International Youths Day in Lagos.
"I come from Ikorodu, Lagos state. I am married to a dashing young lawyer of 70 years of age and we have four grown up gentlemen and grandchildren. It has not been a rag to riches fairytale. It has not been an overnight phenomenon like some cases which you find here and there all over the world. For as long as I can remember, I had always wanted my own business. Hard work...am trying to tell you how I got to where I am if you want those billions. Hard work, diligence, persistence...days where you nearly gave up but I chose not to give up."
It would have been easy to compromise but I chose not to and I stayed focus. <!

I could have stayed a secretary as my father desired according to his plan for me but I had bigger aspirations. I dreamt big. God strengthened me and gave me wisdom. I had a passion and burning desire to succeed. Being a secretary, a banker, a fashion icon, a cooperate promoter and printer, a real estate owner, an oil magnate, that I can assure you was no easy feat. Firm belief that what is worth doing is what doing well or not doing at all. I took charge of my life with the tools I have shared with you. I chose to become born again at the age of 40. I chose to make a covenant with God that if he would bless me I would work for him all the days of my life.

I chose to hold on to the cross and look up to him every step of the way. Today additional accomplishment includes a wife of almost 40 years, a mother, grandmother, ministry, counseling, outreach, NGO Rose of Sharon Foundation for widows and Author, writer, author of several inspirational books. All I say to the glory of God. So I am 63 and I am not yet done. So what is your excuse? I never went to a University and I am proud to say so because I don't think I have done too badly. You do not have to have a University education to be able to make it so count yourselves privileged to have that education as part of the feather in your cap" she said.

OK Magazine, Beyonce is pregnant with her second child?

Can this be true?
“For the last month, Jay has been fiercely protective of her, just like he was when she was expecting Blue Ivy. He’s been doing everything he can to ensure that Bey is in a stress-free bubble. He’s informed their entire entourage that they need to use relaxed voices, mellow lighting and listen to only soft music, and he’s said that all of the food Beyonce eats should be organic,”
“He’s really doing his best to make sure that she’s as comfortable and healthy as possible.” Wow, that’s so romantic — and could also be part of his plan to win her love back amidst reports they are divorcing soon.

Italian Minister being hunted by African Spirit

Roberto Calderoli fears he is being chased by African Spirit as a revenge for calling first black minister, Congolese-born Cécile Kyenge an orang-utan (a specie of apes
He is considering asking the Pope to recommend an exorcist to fight off the curse.

When Calderoli made the racist statement, he issued an apology and refused to resign. In November, he took legal advice after being charged with defamation aggravated by racial discrimination.

The trial, according to The Independent, is ongoing.
Calderoli now believes that Kyenge’s father, who is a tribal leader, has put an African curse – “macumba” on him as punishment for the remark.

Since his “orang-utan” comment, he has had six surgical interventions, the death of his mother, fractured bones and just a week ago, he discovered a 6ft snake in the kitchen of his house.
Last year, Oggi Magazine filmed Kyenge’s 75-year-old father Clement Kikoko Kyenge performing a ceremony in the village of Katanga in Democratic Republic of Congo. Clement allegedly prayed to God for the racist politician to repent.

Calderoli’s photo was placed on an enclosed termite mound during the traditional ceremony. “The photos and the video were unsettling. They put a picture of me in the middle of a termite mound. That is not a friendly message,” said Calderoli to Oggi mag when he saw the video. He said that after the video, he suffered the health scares and that two friends gave him a lucky charm supposed to possess mystical healing powers but “two days later, it broke in two by itself.

A wizard has told me that there are terrible forces acting against me”. Mr Kyenge later spoke to Oggi about Calderoli’s recent incidents. He replied, “A snake in the house is not a good sign and I’m not sure Calderoli did well to kill it. If when he apologised to Cécile he was sincere, he can feel comfortable. If, however, those excuses were insincere, the ancestors might become angry.”

Radar online claims Kim has no use for Beyonce.

"Kim has absolutely no use for Beyonce and Jay, and doesn’t think they are worthy to be friends with Kanye.Thinks that that Beyonce has always been very arrogant and aloof around her. Kim always made a real effort to get to know her and Jay, but she was always left with a very cold feeling. Beyonce made Kim feel very insecure and that isn’t something that she is used to.”
“For a very long time, Kim didn’t tell Kanye how she felt, but after Jay skipped out on their wedding, she let it all come out,”

How come she was cheering beyonce at the VMA performance? Do you believe this story?

I am rumoured to be gay, can you pick out any man I’ve slept with? –IK Ogbonna

"I am tired of the gay rumours trailing me. You can never pick out any man with whom I have had an affair in the past, but you can link me to some of the ladies I have dated. It is funny because I am sometimes called a ladies’ man and at times rumoured to be a gigolo – gay. These three things do not relate to one another. “That I have chosen to adopt the UK style of dressing, which typically comprises tight pants, should not make me gay. The fact that I have friends in the industry that I choose to hang out with should not make me a gay. I really don’t care about what people think of my personal life. I can’t spot anyone as being gay in the industry and I don’t see anything wrong with two guys or ladies being close friends. Until I am approached by a guy or I see guys getting down together then I can conclude that he is gay.” he said
