EFCC brings before the court 14 foreigners for oil bunkering

14 foreign nationals from Russian, Ukraine, Japan and the UK were charged in a Federal High Court in Lagos by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, for engaging in oil bunkering in Nigeria.
