Commissioner, General Yakubu Gowon, Prof J F Ade Ajayi represented by his
spouse and son, Prof Umaru Shehu, Prof J P Clark, Centenary Award for
Pastor Enoch Adeboye by his representative , Abdulsalami Abubakar, Babangida,
Buhari, Maryam Abacha collects Award on behalf of late Sani Abacha, Olusegun Obasanjo, Mr Taiwo Akinkunmi,
designer of the Nigerian flag, Patience

Atiku gave his reason why he rejected it and I am sure those were the same reasons with others,while they are happy for 100years history of Nigeria,he saw it as a dance on the graves of murdered students in Yobe
