Vivien thought I shared this on your blog, hope it helps other ladies
56 ladies died because they used onesingle pad a day.One Single pad for thewhole day is unsafe bcos of the chemicalused in Ultra Napkins... which convertsliquid into gel... it causes cancer inbladder & uterus. If the time of use is prolonged the blood becomes green &the fungus formed gets inside the uterus& body. So please try to use cottonmade pads and if you are using ultrapads, Pls change that within 5 hours, perday, atleast. Pls don't feel shy to forward this message to women and even boysso that they can share this with theirwives and friends, whom they care for. -AIIMS Kick off "Breast Cancer". Nurseyour baby. Wash your bra daily.Avoidblack bra in summer .Do not wear a bra while sleeping. Do not wear an underwire bra very often. Always cover urchest completely with your scarf orshawl when you are under the sun.Use aDeodorant not an anti perspirant. This isa public service message from Tata Cancer Hospital. Pass it to all the ladiesyou care for without hesitating.Awareness is important.
