This tattoo is very painful because modern tattoos are
usually completed using a needle machine while Chisel, ink pigment and a mallet
are used to make this kind of
traditional Ta Moko and it is very painful
As you can see she’s bleeding, and
rather than a smooth surface like modern tattoo would give you, this one leaves
the skin with grooves.
