According to Radar Online, Kanye is furious about this
photo being leaked to the public,he feels he was set up by someone in the
Kardashian family and is blaming someone inside the Kardashian family for
tipping off the paparazzi.
"Kanye just
doesn’t understand the entire families obsession with being in the media
spotlight. Kanye knows it wasn’t anyone in the doctor’s office or the nanny
that leaked the visit, and the circle of people that knew about the appointment
was very, very small.”

Its shocking that people dont understand that the Kardashians are popular for being in the public eye,they wil do anything,i mean anything to maintain that
