a live TV interview on Channels TV, a Civil Defence commandant was asked to
tell viewers the official website of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence
Corp (NSCDC). A simple 'I Don't Know' would have saved him the embarrassment of
what happened next.
Some say this is a national disgrace, Personally,
