Tumour endangers a young boy’s eyesight

A boy with massive tumour growing from his neck sent for treatment in U.S. after being rescued in daring raid on gang-infested Mexican neighbourhood, the tumor on his shoulder and neck has grown so large that it affects his eyesight and could move into his heart.
