Question of the day: How prepared is Nigeria for Olympics 2012?

Hmmm! The appropriation bill for this year was approved in April 2012…..Athletes have been chosen no doubt, but the big concern here …..How come we do not have a boot camp that should have trained these people for at least two years……..repeatedly the old athletes “Nigerians based abroad” are often used to represent in major events like this. It’s quite painful to see talents waste ….In Niger Delta alone ….so  many talented swimmers  are jobless….who knows a boot camp  can re-orientate the minds of the Almajiris and perhaps even Boko Haram, since sports especially football is the opium of the masses……..

Football is the next highest global income earner after oil and gas, who hears this and wouldn’t want to partake in it doing what they love at the same time smiling to the bank...kerching!!!!!!:)

My peeps what’s you take on this?
